Job Description:

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner primarily with brand advertisers and agencies to provide measurement insights that improve understanding of their performance on the platform.
  • Focus on strategic consulting with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  • Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected within our product and partnership teams.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal inference methods to measure ad effectiveness.
  • Experience with attribution modeling; familiarity with Media Mix Modeling is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, auction dynamics, and campaign performance drivers.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies or complex, data-driven marketing organizations.
  • Ability to drive client decisions through clear communication, collaboration, and confident presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with a focus on prioritizing key initiatives and goals.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research is preferred.
  • Experience executing custom analytical work; proficiency in SQL, Hive, or R is a plus.
