A Day in the Life

Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This position is based in Germany and is remote, with travel of 80-100% across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

• Plan programmes with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers
• Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
• Support sales and marketing during presentations and new product introductions
• Report account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
• Collect and report customer feedback, product and legal issues, and complaints
• Complete administrative duties, including activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in hospital operating rooms, is highly valued.
