The position can be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring contractual IT services for our existing customers, including SLA-based SAP Application Management, SAP Technical Management, and End User Service.
- Managing complete ITIL-based service processes, including regular service meetings with customers and reporting on SLA and KPI achievements.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and positive financial outcomes.
- Overseeing customer service outcomes, including planning, monitoring, and billing of services and projects using internal tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Leading phase-in projects for new customers in Managed Services as a transition manager and acting as project manager for smaller projects with existing customers.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT Service Management.
- Ideally, experience in SAP consulting and supporting SAP systems, with roles such as project manager or support manager.
- Good knowledge of IT service processes like ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT; ITIL certification and SAP CEE certification are advantageous.
- High customer engagement and service orientation, with strong assertiveness and confidence.
- Proficiency in German and English at level B2 or C1.
