You will join our Product Team,where you'll drive efforts to identify growth opportunities, optimize user journeys, and deliver impactful product experiences in a fast-paced and supportive atmosphere.
Your daily work will include the following tasks:
Define & Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with clients to design and implement growth strategies across the product lifecycle, from customer acquisition to retention and expansion. Develop approaches that drive sustainable growth aligned with client objectives.
Experiment & Analyze: Lead A/B testing, formulate growth hypotheses and analyze user behaviors to generate actionable insights. Use experimental results to drive continuous improvement in product performance.
Optimize User Journeys: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance user flows, optimize conversion rates, and maximize user engagement, ensuring an impactful and seamless user experience.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the bridge between clients and our internal team, aligning stakeholders on growth goals, key metrics, and strategic priorities to ensure cohesive execution.
Build, Measure, & Learn: Monitor growth metrics closely, report on outcomes, and refine strategies based on data insights, ensuring all activities contribute to clients' broader business goals.
You have 2-3 years in growth product management, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and/or monetization. Experience working cross-functionally with teams or in client-facing roles is valuable. Previous experience building or scaling a product is a significant advantage.
You have proven ability to define and implement a product vision and strategy that drives growth while enhancing customer satisfaction. Experience aligning cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives that support both business growth and user success.
You are proficient with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and have an understanding of key growth metrics like CAC, LTV, churn rate, and engagement KPIs. You are able to leverage these metrics to inform data-driven decisions and product optimizations.
You have a background in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests, split tests, and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses. You are experienced in iterative, data-driven decision-making with a focus on measurable impact.
You have an in-depth understanding of digital product development and are familiar with agile methodologies. You are able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams; skills in SQL or basic coding are a plus but not required.
