You will perform detailed finance work transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations, and conduct basic checks and controls.

More about the Junior Management Program:

The Junior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme that aims to develop you into one of our future leaders.

Over 3 years (with a permanent contract beyond the program), your learning path will be shaped by on-the-job industry experience, guided by senior managers and mentors.

You will work as a Junior Financial Analyst across our finance functions in a series of 2-3 placements. You will gain comprehensive knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts, and a holistic understanding of our business—an excellent opportunity to grow every day.

As a JUMP participant, you will have a real job with real responsibility from day one, along with the training and development needed to succeed.

How you will contribute:

You will:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including financial decisions such as annual contract planning, forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, or corporate finance).
  • Perform data collection and integrity checks.
  • Support a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring full adherence to policies.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  • Contribute to process improvements and embrace continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and develop the finance team, investing in personal and peer development.

What you will bring:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, with experience and knowledge in:

  • Technical expertise in financial analysis and data structuring.
  • Business acumen and a basic understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking markets. Relevant regional or sizable local experience is a plus.
  • Leadership skills, including collaboration and communication within a finance team. A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Growth and digital mindset, with the ability to leverage technology for operational improvements.
  • Integrity and sound judgment aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.

Education:

Graduate status (up to 1 year after graduation) or last-year student (BA & MA). Preferred university courses include Management, Marketing, Economy.
