Discover your exciting role

We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in Dresden to support the Head of Quality Management in implementing the quality management system in our engineering processes. You will ensure all engineering services meet customer requirements and international standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the Project Quality Manager in developing effective quality strategies and implementing quality methods related to engineering activities.
• Promote quality awareness and adherence to technical, customer, and international standards across projects and companies.
• Improve engineering deliverables and services through collaboration with internal and external interfaces, suppliers, and customers.
• Participate in project review meetings to ensure understanding and address quality requirements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for Quality Engineering and analyze trends for improvements.
• Prepare and execute internal and surveillance audits.
• Support root cause analyses involving engineering.
• Manage engineering observations and non-conformances for timely resolution.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferably).
• Audit skills with ISO 9001:2015 auditor qualification.
• Several years of experience in quality assurance/control.
• Extensive experience with EPC/EPCM projects.
• Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus.
• Good computer skills, familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
