What’s our secret to success? Well, that’s easy. People like you. We’re seeking enthusiastic new graduates to help us build the next generation of ADP technologies. As part of the GPT Development Programme, your goal is simple: learn as much as possible in eight weeks. We’ll provide you with the tools, technology, and knowledge needed to succeed. You’ll be placed among our brightest associates as an Associate Application Developer, joining a passionate group of technologists who innovate creative solutions to new challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with development teams to build innovative products.
2. Network with professionals to guide and support your skill development.
3. Gain practical experience with current technologies in programming, scripting, designing, or web development.

Experience Needed

1. Graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
2. Completion of a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python or R.
4. Understanding of databases and SQL.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Critical thinking and analytical mindset.
7. Passion for next-generation technologies.

Bonus Skills

1. Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
2. Familiarity with AWS cloud solutions (S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker).
3. Experience with Jupyter notebooks, MLflow, or Databricks platform.
4. Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
