What you will do:

• Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
• Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolution to inquiries promptly
• Assist customers to place orders and resolve related issues
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, and assist with account issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
• Turn every customer into a happy customer!
• Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues!
