Now, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow sales predominantly for Eficode's Atlassian offering across the DACH region. Could it be you?

Role purpose

As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional account management to clients in Germany.

Role responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the German market.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations, highlighting the company’s value and expertise.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to shape strategic decision-making.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide clear, regular updates on account performance and sales pipelines to senior leadership.Success factors

You will make a great match for this role if you have:

  • Extensive experience within the Atlassian ecosystem, including successfully signing and upselling Atlassian customers.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Passionate about identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong sales hygiene and discipline.
  • Networking and relationship-building expertise in the German market.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaboration with marketing teams and experience conducting workshops.
