TheGrowth Teamsits at the core of the B2C Experience Tribe and focuses on driving long-term customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our European markets. The team owns the full lifecycle of experimentation, data-driven product growth, and platform integration of marketing tools.
You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering—partnering closely with our Marketing, CRM, Data, and Country teams. Your mission is to identify, test, and optimize growth levers across the product lifecycle. You’ll run experiments, analyze data, iterate quickly to unlock growth, and enable other teams to do so.
Key areas of ownership:
Virtual job fairs
User tracking & behavioral analytics setup
Bonus & referral systems (incl. Refer-a-Friend)
Marketing tooling integration (e.g. for affiliate marketing)
The team works cross-functionally, and supports both acquisition and retention use cases across the B2C experience.
Collaborate with the data team toinstrument trackingand enable granular behavioral insights.
Operate and continuously improve ourexperimentation tooling(e.g., LaunchDarkly, Unbounce), partnering with PMs and analysts to design, launch and analyze meaningful A/B tests.
Drive initiatives likeRefer-a-Friend,bonuses, andretention programs, balancing customer incentives with business outcomes.
Lead backlog refinement and discovery rituals with engineering, ensuring high alignment and focus.
Contribute to quarterly planning (OKRs) and define clear success metrics for your domain.
2+ years of experience in a product role, ideally in B2C, and/or in a growth-focused role.
Experience working with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing setups
Strong collaboration skills across product, data, marketing, and tech
Analytical mindset — confident using data to define success and drive decisions
Familiarity with web tracking, analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Looker) is a plus
You are proactive, structured, and outcome-driven
