HR Strategy and Rewards Expert (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time

Your central role:
  • Designing, conceptualizing, managing, and developing working conditions and compensation strategies
  • Developing global HR standards and implementing them within ERGO Group, supporting the creation of HR strategies for German and international units
  • Analyzing trends, developing concepts, creating market comparisons, and finding solutions for fundamental HR questions
  • Conducting job analyses and evaluations to ensure balanced salary structures
  • Developing policies and guidelines
  • Participating in and leading challenging projects and working groups
Your profile:
  • Degree in Economics, Law, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in HR at a large corporation, preferably in HR principles or Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong conceptual skills, analytical thinking, structured working style, and flexibility
  • High commitment, independent and goal-oriented work, and sense of responsibility
  • High social competence, organizational skills, project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written
