Qualifikationen

Learning & Development (L&D) Partner (m/f/d)

IN SHORT
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Partner (m/f/d), you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and support the company's strategic goals. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring training initiatives align with organizational needs and improve employee capabilities.

What You Will Do
  1. Deliver FutureReady Skills development program: Design and implement a capability-building program to equip employees with critical future skills.
  2. Manage end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with stakeholders to develop action plans that improve workplace culture.
  3. Develop and embed a Team Development Framework that supports high-performing, collaborative teams across the organization.
  4. Lead L&D change and transformation programs that align learning strategies with evolving business needs and support organizational transformation.
  5. Shape the performance management strategy to enhance accountability, feedback culture, and business outcomes.
  6. Implement a structured, data-driven talent review framework to support succession planning and leadership development.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development is a plus.
  • Experience in learning and development, training, talent management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Strong understanding of talent development best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels, along with coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Adaptability, agility, and flexibility.
  • Experience working with pan-European employees is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
