What you'll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

  • Supervising production teams and ensuring top-notch execution with the Country Operations
  • Training teams assigned to events and ensuring adherence to client standards, tools, and processes
  • Managing communication between key clients and internal teams, including resolving client issues
  • Monitoring all financials of your assigned account
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives for team members, stakeholders, and future case studies or training
  • Identifying and co-creating processes and templates for optimal account management

This role can be based in or around Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel as needed.

Must haves
  • 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector (logistics, congress, internal events)
  • Experience managing teams of up to 10 people and in operational project management roles
  • Highly structured and process-oriented
  • Experience in budget creation, management, and consolidation
  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
  • Ability to delegate and multi-task
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
Nice to haves
  • Agency experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of digital event platforms
  • Great listening skills and ability to present information succinctly
  • Knowledge of Cvent
