The Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you are an integral part of our project teams and are one of the first touch points our customers will have with Celonis. Your main responsibility is to facilitate successful data ingestion and integration for our clients, acting as a technical liaison to ensure smooth user management and authentication processes.

The work you’ll do:

1. Lead the technical onboarding process of Celonis with enterprise customers.
2. Conduct technical discussions to identify system architecture needs and propose solutions.
3. Establish real-time integrations with customer source systems via APIs and internal solutions.
4. Advise on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning solutions.
5. Address technical barriers to user adoption of Celonis.
6. Develop best practices and blueprints for internal and external use.
7. Contribute to global programs within the services organization using your technical expertise.

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelor's (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in project management and working closely with customers.
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks including REST/SOAP APIs, Data Ingestion, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Understanding of security and compliance issues for enterprise applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
