About this Position

The Supply Chain Strategy Manager & PMO is a strategic role responsible for shaping and driving strategic initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain. The role involves developing and implementing forward-looking supply chain strategies, managing key transformation projects, and leading with project management expertise. As a trusted advisor to the SC leadership team, the role analyzes strategy deployment, delivers actionable insights, and aligns supply chain operations with an end-to-end process view.

What you’ll do

• Monitor the overall regional strategic roadmap, ensuring gatekeeping and regular reviews.
• Manage key projects and initiatives focused on strategy deployment, transformation, and stakeholder management, including supply chain roadmap and capability building.
• Lead and deliver projects based on established charters and plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Measure, track, and report on project performance and milestones.

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Deployment & Steering.
• Ideally, experience in a management consultancy specializing in Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in project delivery and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Formal Project Management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work, manage, and collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence teams and senior leadership.
