We are seeking a professional to handle operational risk and incident management, including reporting, quality review, monitoring mitigation actions, and incident reconciliation. Responsibilities also include control testing, identifying control gaps, supporting risk assessments, and acting as a contact for the 1st Line of Defense to assess risks and define corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience in operational risk management, audit, or compliance within financial services.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions, prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English, both verbal and written.
