Job Description: Sales Renewal Specialist - Spanish Speaking (all genders), Munich

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Spanish-speaking region to ensure high service levels and retention.
  • Engage with customers via telephone and email to promote our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate renewals, prepare pricing quotes, and follow up to prevent churn.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve processes and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • IT environment and SaaS knowledge are advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages like Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in an international team.
