Energy Efficiency Reporting Specialist (m/w/d)

As Energy Reporting Specialist, you will be joining our Energy Efficiency team, which we are expanding with this role. The team is supporting directly our data centre sites to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and to deliver the targeted savings across the EMEA region. The team supports the business in the delivery of its energy efficiency programme and sustainability targets. In this role, you will be managing the organization's energy data and reporting requirements based on internal and external regulations. Information is gathered from different sources such as our Building Management System (BMS) and metering. The information gathered will be analyzed and reports built on energy consumption.

What you will do

• Site data collection & updates to keep systems updated
• Energy data collection and transformation for use in reporting e.g. Energy Dashboard
• Supporting data collection and transformation for use in reporting e.g. Energy Dashboard
• Completion of data requests to support certification and compliance e.g. EU Code of Conduct for Data Centers, ISO50001 / EN50600
• Keeping up to date with energy legislation across EMEA through working with other teams and workstreams in NTT
• Supporting sites with data and performance metrics

What we are looking for

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience of data manipulation and reporting in Excel
• Experience of managing compliance programmes or activities - ideally ISO50001 or ESOS
• Experience of creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations / reports
• Engineering and energy management background and/or experience advantageous
• Experience working in a mission-critical environment within a large company, IT/Telecoms industry preferred
• Experience of working in a large portfolio structure across multiple sites and countries
• Experience of working in a European multi-cultural environment
• Proficient in English and German language both written and verbal
• Ability to work in multinational, interdisciplinary, and culturally diverse teams
• Presentation skills in formal and online settings
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and make a difference
• UK: To undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019 standard
