Job Responsibilities
  • You are the contact person for our online authorisation system and responsible for the smooth operation of our authorisation and payment processes.
  • Your tasks will include external service provider management and processing service requests in the operational business.
  • As part of the Payment Competence Center team, you will also be on call from time to time to ensure the operation of the online authorisation system 24 / 7.
  • As part of your role, you will work closely with our payment service providers and other payment experts. You will act as the interface between the internal departments and external service providers. You will be responsible for coordinating agreements and deadlines.
  • You will support us in the further development of DKV's own closed-loop system, work with us to shape the payment processes of tomorrow and take responsibility for driving (sub-)projects forward.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have a keen interest and initial or extensive experience in the payment environment, in (IT) consulting or in working with a provider of processing solutions.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with different topics. This includes, for example, error analyses, data evaluations or familiarisation with analysis tools (e.g. SAP Analysis, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
  • Payment is technology! You have a strong understanding of technology / IT - paired with an understanding of what technology means for our business.
  • You approach your tasks proactively, work independently and are goal-orientated. You are a problem solver and rely on active communication.
