Our client is a medium-sized flavour house focusing on Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. We offer flavours for Bakery, Confectionery, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Dairy Products, Savoury Products, Beverages, Animal Feed, Pet Food, and Pharmaceuticals.

Main Purpose
  • Search for new markets and customers in line with our German sales strategy
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and analyze sales trends
  • Prepare action plans and follow sector developments and innovations
  • Identify opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor sales budgets and manage project entries
  • Conduct customer visits and provide price offers
  • Prepare and present reports
Tasks
  • Manage customers in Germany and other European countries
  • Plan and execute customer visits
  • Share visit reports with sales management
  • Send new projects to R&D for evaluation
  • Coordinate sample requests and share results with R&D
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for top management
Requirements
  • Higher education degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure
