Job Title: Contract Service Manager
Summary:

The Contract Service Manager (CSM) oversees the performance of contracted Victim Advocates, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The CSM serves as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, supervises personnel, ensures training and qualification, and maintains communication with military and civilian personnel.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and lead contracted Victim Advocates.
  2. Act as the authorized representative for contract matters.
  3. Ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
  4. Facilitate collaboration with military and civilian personnel.
  5. Maintain all necessary documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
  1. Master's Degree in a relevant field.
