We are currently looking for a:

Position: Product Manager (Remote, EU-based)

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full lifecycle of Firetec products and systems, from ideation and development to market launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life.
  2. Lead the collection and prioritization of product and customer requirements, define development scope, and prepare initiation documentation.
  3. Coordinate with R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, and sales to drive successful product development and small-scale projects.
  4. Organize and execute cross-functional product initiatives and contribute to strategic business planning.
  5. Develop and maintain technical and commercial training sessions for internal teams and external partners, co-creating and updating training materials.
  6. Develop messaging strategies for the Firetec range.
  7. Manage and improve costing and pricing tools, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify product differentiation levers.
  9. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and partnerships to support strategic decisions.

  • Ability to delegate, negotiate, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and challenges.
  • Excellent public speaking and engagement skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to proactively identify and solve challenges.
  • Business acumen with a strong customer focus, understanding market dynamics and prioritizing client needs.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management within manufacturing industries such as mechanical, hydraulics, or automotive. Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple product phases.
  • Excellent written, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
