Duties include managing the Lending Closet, Sponsorship Program, Spouse Orientation, Welcome Packets, and supporting Foreign Born Spouse and Hearts Apart Programs.

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a front desk/reception environment.
  • Experience in conducting briefings, trainings, preparing correspondence, and creating lesson plans.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Lending Closet transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute Welcome Packets bi-weekly.
  • Provide relocation briefings and organize support programs for spouses.
