We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Inhouse Consultant with expertise in SAP SD (M/F/D) to join our Customer Centric Applications ERP Team in Munich, Meiningen, or Berlin, Germany. Join our innovative and growing company focused on building a future together with our employees.

As a key member of the Customer Centric Applications ERP team, you will consult with the Sales, Customer Operations, and Trade Compliance (GTS) departments, helping define requirements. Our team handles the design, planning, and implementation of solutions in SAP SD and SAP GTS, and supports customer integrations (EDI) to SAP or Salesforce.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead project and sub-project management within SAP SD
2. Plan and coordinate implementation of cross-application requirements, including SAP modules, Salesforce, interfaces, Tableau, or Oracle Agile
3. Develop functional and technical designs with relevant departments
4. Conduct feasibility, cost, and gap analyses
5. Implement requirements using SAP SD standards
6. Provide application support
7. Continuously develop and optimize SAP SD processes
8. Support testing and training initiatives
9. Manage external consultants supporting solution implementation

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Business Applications, or equivalent vocational training
2. At least 3 years of professional and project experience, especially in SAP SD (sales and service processes)
3. Experience in sales and service applications, SAP SD mapping, and business processes
4. Familiarity with SAP GTS is advantageous
5. Independent, structured work approach
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
8. Willingness to travel (~10%)
9. Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
