Our client is a leading independent biopharmaceutical company pioneering RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics, a revolutionary gene-silencing approach to treating diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of local strategic brand plans and financial forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure flawless implementation of the German TTR plan aligned with the CEMEA TTR plan, working with regional stakeholders.
- Develop conference content and materials, especially for virtual platforms.
- Implement omnichannel communication strategies (digital & print).
- Organize external events with healthcare professionals and nurses.
- Prepare educational materials for physicians, patients, and nurses in digital and print formats.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure marketing compliance.
- Manage the review process for marketing materials and oversee final production.
- Maintain regular communication with the field force to support execution.
- Share best practices within the organization and learn from industry standards.
- Exhibit excellent project management skills, handling multiple projects efficiently.
- Represent the German affiliate in international team meetings, focusing on tactical execution.
Qualifications
- University degree or comparable education in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical product management and/or sales.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to handle operational responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge or experience in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with digital technologies is a plus.
- Resilient, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Organized with a systematic approach to prioritization.
- Process-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
