Job Description:

You will act as the Member of Audit Management Representative at TUV SUD Vietnam office. Your responsibilities include supporting CSR audits by managing day-to-day activities, including oversight of BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, and other related CSR standards.

Key tasks include:

1. Performing CSR audit schemes.
2. Ensuring the timely completion of audit reports and surveillance activities.
3. Developing and reviewing audit methodologies to ensure accreditation compliance.
4. Collaborating with CSR departments and other departments at local and regional levels to facilitate smooth audit execution.
5. Performing other audit-related tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major; degrees in Environment Technology or Chemistry are advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in CSR audits within a third-party audit company, with a clear record of audits related to BSCI, WRAP, SMETA.
• Experience in HR or Compliance departments is a plus.
• Result-oriented team player with high ethical standards and compliance.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, writing reports, and reading.
• Good physical health to accommodate regular domestic and international business travel.
