To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Responsibilities:
  • Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
  • Answering customer requests via phone and email
  • Providing top-tier customer service based on a strong understanding of e-commerce
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Collaboration with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
Candidate Profile:
  • Native verbal and written proficiency in US or UK English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in customer care or related service industry
  • Attention to customer data confidentiality
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive attitude, organizational, and time management skills
