Who you are

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are interested in discovering the world of consulting within a new company.
• You are looking for a challenging and changing work environment.
• You are interested in helping people through technology.
• You are good at communicating.
• You enjoy automation and have knowledge of object-oriented development.
• You already have a first experience working on RPA topics, ideally using UiPath.
• Any knowledge in software development with Python, C# or C++ is a big plus.
• You speak fluently Swiss-German and English.

Your tasks

• Process analyses (technical and financial).
• Optimization of these processes.
• Implementation of RPA (especially UiPath)/API/Script automations.
• Testing implemented solutions and delivering them to the customer (with documentation).
• Maintain the existing system in working order.
• Customer research and new projects (rewarded by commissions linked to project volume).
• Thinking up strategies/new offers for the start-up.
• Installing infrastructure for the customer.
• Exploring new technologies.
