Role Overview

As the CRM Strategy Team Lead for Reactivations, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for re-engaging customers across multiple markets and brands. Your goal is to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through cross-channel campaigns aimed at reactivating canceled subscriptions.

This role involves defining overarching reactivation strategies, developing customer journeys, and leading a team of senior marketers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create personalized campaigns that foster customer relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and lead strategies for customer journeys, and inspire your team.
  2. Customer Journey Development: Create and optimize tailored journeys using data insights.
  3. Creative Storytelling & Communication: Develop compelling communication strategies and collaborate with creative teams.
  4. Performance Optimization: Set KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications
  1. Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading marketing teams and influencing stakeholders.
  2. Strategic & Creative Expertise: 7+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related fields with a focus on customer journeys.
  3. Customer-Centric & Data-Driven: Strong understanding of customer behavior, with proficiency in data analysis.
  4. Performance-Driven: Experience in setting and tracking KPIs for full-funnel strategies.
  5. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent skills in teamwork and stakeholder communication.
