YOUR MISSION:

• Work on individual projects based on customer requests guided through Design Teamhead
• Work towards global brand positioning guidelines to ensure a validation of new product requests and program ideas as well as modifications when necessary
• Assist generating strong product stories, designs, and mood boards
• Work on innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies
• collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments
• Assist the Business Unit Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions
• Prepare accurate design mini sheets, tech packs, presentation materials and specifications as required
• Design towards given target FOB guided by Design Team
• Maintaining all relevant IT systems with latest information to guarantee an easy communication with Puma Sourcing Team or Product Line Manager
• Delivery of projects in line with given deadlines
• Be part in fittings and product development process to ensure from design side the best product outcome
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer focus.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
• work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/sports/Streetwear brand, ideally cross gender apparel experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge and design versatility to be able to alternate between Sport/fashion/Streetwear projects
• Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
• Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
• Excellent technical background relating to fabrics & product development
• Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
• Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
