Responsibilities
  1. Act as the customer's ambassador alongside the leadership team to create memorable moments for our customers.
  2. Focus on customer care, working within contact centers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Ensure data availability, quality, and reliability; provide feedback to data providers.
  4. Gather and analyze data using advanced statistical models.
  5. Generate reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to drive business change, tailored to stakeholder needs.
  6. Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders through discussions and presentations to support operational planning.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, with practical experience in CX or Customer Care preferred.
  • Several years of analytical or similar business experience.
  • Passion for data and customer insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and curiosity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to interface and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus.
  • Language skills: Business fluent English (mandatory), German (advantage).
