What You'll Do :

• Work as part of delivery teams on high-profile D365 projects, helping clients optimize their business functions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, configuring their Dynamics CRM / D365 system to deliver seamless solutions.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing of tailored solutions.
• Deliver hands-on end-user training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure customer success.
• Design, customize, and rigorously test Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, understanding customer challenges and demonstrating solution value to win new business.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and project managers to ensure smooth project progression from start to finish.

What You Bring :

• Extensive experience with D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
