Job Description: Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage your patch, understand customer and prospect needs, and promote Veeva solutions to support digital transformation in the Consumer Goods and Chemicals industries across areas such as Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D. You will oversee the full sales cycle from identification to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Working closely with marketing, strategy, and solution consultants, you will define key actions to close new opportunities and expand our customer base. Your selling team will include Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Market Owners.

What You'll Do
  1. Generate new opportunities with existing or new customers.
  2. Collaborate with your Account team to develop an Account plan.
  3. Close new business within your market patch.
  4. Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  5. Maintain accurate and predictable reporting in the CRM.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in SaaS, managing complex sales cycles with a proven track record.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and tenacity.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities.
  • Effective time and priority management skills.
  • Team player with accountability and ability to work under direction.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Chemicals is desirable but not required.
