What you will do:
  • Handle calls, emails, and chat in German
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations
  • Promote current offers and promotions as a brand ambassador
  • Manage account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, and handle returns and fraud cases as per training guidelines
  • Collaborate and share solutions with colleagues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction
What you will bring:
  • Excellent command of German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy and tech savviness
  • Ability to multitask and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime if needed
