Location: Hybrid (Dublin office 3 days/week, WFH on Monday & Friday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role

TELUS Digital is seeking a German-speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist to assist new customers with implementing HR software. If you enjoy technology, problem-solving, and ensuring customer success, this role is ideal for you!

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Guide new customers through onboarding via emails and video calls.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert product advice.
  3. Assist with importing and validating customer data.
  4. Create training materials such as webinars and help center articles.
  5. Optimize processes and contribute to automation improvements.
What You Need:
  • Fluent in German (C-level) and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in Customer Success or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data-driven work.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in B2B software, Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira.
  • Passion for digital transformation in HR.
