Job Description:

As Account Manager Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS), you will serve existing customers and identify new growth opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. Develop strong relationships with key partners, end-users, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure our MF&PS products are specified and purchased, meeting sales targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will implement the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and meet your targets. This position is based in Germany.

  • As an ambitious sales professional with a hunter mentality, you will drive business growth in your region using your product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute the MF&PS sales strategy aligned with regional and European goals.
  • Analyze market opportunities to maximize margins and market penetration.
  • Seek synergy opportunities across business units, including process improvements, shared resources, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Understand the company's products and advise others accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with distribution partners to understand local market characteristics.
  • Drive sales excellence and performance across channels.
  • Ensure pricing policies are in place for each sales channel.
  • Forecast and report sales volumes as required.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and other teams to stay informed about market trends and issues.
  • Attend industry seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Use our CRM tools professionally for sales activities.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team within the company.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or a technical field (preferred), 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, strong technical and commercial confidence, strategic planning skills, and excellent communication skills in English and German. Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP is desirable. Travel up to 75% may be required.
