Ground Operations; Air Network; Road Network; Clearance Operations: Leads the on-site implementation and support of key strategic initiatives across multiple facilities. Assists project teams in facilitating communication with facility management, district staff, and field employees to ensure successful task completion. Monitors progress and ensures compliance with procedures and standards.

Applies specialist knowledge to perform and review processes within and across departments, supporting divisional and corporate goals. Participates in designing, developing, and implementing processes within area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the on-site implementation and support of strategic initiatives across facilities.
  2. Assist teams in effective communication with management and staff.
  3. Ensure timely task completion for project success.
  4. Monitor strategic initiative progress.
  5. Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and compliance.
Training and Support

Provide specialist advice, manage systems or processes, and support projects to develop or change systems.

Communication and Reporting

Deliver performance reports, facilitate feedback, act as liaison, lead process standardization, coach on methodologies, and collaborate on improvement initiatives.

Minimal Requirements
  • 1-2 years (ideally 3-4) experience in Change Management or similar.
  • Secondary education (high school).
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong presentation, project management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external providers.
  • Support strategic initiatives and FedEx programs like Purple Promise, Safety First, QDM, Kaizen, Lean.
