Shape the digital workplace at Foodji
Whether on-site or remote, a seamless digital work environment is essential for our growth. In this role, you’ll ensure technical stability, support our team in their daily work, and help us develop a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
Your mission at Foodji:
- Operation and support of our IT infrastructure – both on-site and remote
- 1st & 2nd level support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft systems
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot & Apple Business Manager (MDM for Windows, macOS & iOS)
- Implementation and monitoring of security measures (SSO, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.)
- Support for our Microsoft Teams rooms (Logitech, Android-based)
- Software deployment & automation (Intune, PowerShell)
- Operation of office network infrastructure (Internet, WiFi)
- Support with onboarding of new colleagues
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace management – ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune (including MDM), Entra ID, networks, and mobile device ecosystems
- Motivation and enthusiasm for improving IT security, streamlining processes, and creating real value in the everyday work environment
- Hands-on mentality and the drive to find proactive solutions
- Structured and pragmatic work style with a strong sense of ownership
- Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
