We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and action-oriented Lead Strategy & Operations to join our dynamic Business Operations & Strategy (Optimization) team. This role will help elevate our experiences to the next level.

You will have the opportunity to lead global strategic projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing our destinations and experience inventory. Your efforts will directly impact our customers by ensuring they have unrivaled access to the world's most popular experiences with the best availability, price, and quality.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing data-driven strategies to grow our destinations and categories, and improve our experience inventory in terms of availability, price, and quality.
  2. Collaborating closely with regional Sales teams to leverage local knowledge, understand regional needs, drive impact, and enhance business reporting.
  3. Performing data analyses to identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities.
  4. Managing cross-functional projects with key partners in Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  5. Creating scalable tools and processes to monitor, track, and understand the impact of our actions, facilitating data-driven decisions.
  6. Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives) across our organization.

Who you are:

  1. You have at least 4 years of experience in management consulting and/or 6 years in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing within a high-performance environment, ideally in a large tech company, marketplace, or SaaS firm.
  2. You are experienced in managing significant cross-team projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and creating engaging, efficient processes.
  3. You are an action-oriented self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, capable of executing projects with a test-and-learn mindset.
  4. You possess strong analytical skills, adept at breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable milestones.
  5. You are comfortable working with data, using tools such as Excel, Looker, and Power BI.
  6. You proactively handle high ambiguity, requiring minimal guidance on what to do and how to do it.
  7. You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
  9. Experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
