We are now hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Großbeeren, Germany (Hybrid role).

The Project Manager manages assigned clinical customer projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and in accordance with customer expectations. They may serve as the Lead Project Manager for global clinical studies when required. The role involves managing activities related to Clinical Distribution projects, including acting as the primary customer contact, preparing logistics documents, coordinating project activities, ensuring service excellence, managing budgets, coaching team members, and supporting business development. The position requires adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, and may involve overtime or weekend work. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Minimum responsibilities include:

1. Managing distribution activities from order receipt to shipment acknowledgment.
2. Coordinating returns processes, including drug destruction.
3. Facilitating billing and project close-out activities.
4. Coordinating customer visits and activities based on customer needs.
5. Reviewing quotes, initiating change orders, and monitoring project budgets and scope creep.
6. Leading and mentoring team members.
7. Supporting business development and client communication.
