About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role involves building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunities in complex environments, and helping organizations find value through people-centered solutions.

As part of the team, you’ll work remotely across the EU region, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic business development efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with proven sales experience in financial services or similar sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working independently and in teams
