What You Will Do — Your Responsibilities

1. Plan, implement, and manage ERP and EDI projects to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
2. Ensure the integration of new partners (customers, suppliers, shippers) and conduct mapping projects.
3. Manage and monitor central ERP and EDI systems to ensure smooth operations.
4. Ensure compliance with all IT projects and systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
5. Oversee ongoing IT processes and troubleshoot to ensure system performance.
6. Train and support users in ERP and EDI systems, including staff in the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
7. Manage budgets according to needs.
8. Ensure availability, proper operation, maintenance, and development of relevant systems.
9. Execute projects professionally, on time, and cost-effectively.
10. Build and implement an SAP S/4HANA operations department for EMEA-specific processes.

Qualifications — What We Are Looking For

• Degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or business administration with a focus on IT.
• Extensive leadership experience in an IT environment within a globally operating corporation.
• Experience in the automotive supplier sector is advantageous.
• Several years of project management experience, especially in SAP projects.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel.
