Project Manager (all genders)

Your mission

• You will independently carry out service projects of all sizes and ensure that the introduction of our iManSys software to our customers is a complete success.
• You analyze and specify requirements and processes – from simple to complex scenarios – and find tailor-made solutions.
• When it comes to adjustments and customizing, you are the central communication hub between customers and our software development team.
• You design workshops and training courses that inspire key users and teach them how to use the software in a practical and understandable way.
• You actively lead the team to continuously improve the consulting processes and promote the development of new approaches through your experience and ideas.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management and are familiar with IT processes.
• You are characterized by a high level of social competence, persuasiveness and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work in a team are a given for you, although experience in customer contact is also an advantage.
• You are fluent in German and English; other foreign languages are welcome.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of occupational safety and compliance.
