How You’ll Make a Difference

An acquisition-focused role responsible for representing PMI and being PMI’s “eyes and ears on the ground” in a key market. The role involves engaging and activating the German PMI community, mainly with new stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams like the Country strategy lead, ATP lead, PSM, Chapter Engagement Specialist, Academia Lead, Partnership Lead, and Communications/Marketing.

This is a travel-intensive role, representing PMI at various in-market opportunities, identifying new business and collaboration opportunities, and maximizing resource use for outreach and relationship building with stakeholders such as SME/SLT/BOD speakers, thought leaders, researchers, and academic partners.

The role supports the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. in delivering PMI initiatives and community engagement.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• PM/PMI credentials and established credibility in the market (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Proactive in initiating activities and stakeholder communication.
• Customer-facing experience with problem-solving skills.
• Successful consultative sales experience influencing stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering solutions.
• Track record of achieving business results and building long-term relationships.
• Experience working with diverse cultures, including positive relationships with tangible outcomes.
• Digital technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Experience in agile, dynamic, customer-centric environments.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to drive change.
• Fluent in English and German.
