Your Responsibilities:
  • Local Branding Alignment: Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives aligned with HR strategy and business goals.
  • Generate Engagement: Create engaging internal community activities and communications to foster connection and culture.
  • Positive Image Creation: Build relations with universities and schools to enhance Hitachi Energy's image through events and partnerships.
  • Future Talent: Attract external candidates and engage internal colleagues in career development.
  • Lead Initiatives: Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives during growth and change, collaborating with HR and Communications teams.
  • Analytics-Driven Impact: Measure and optimize engagement strategies for maximum impact.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure activities align with brand, identity, and strategy.
Your Background:
  • Experience & Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, with an interest in employer branding and digital content.
  • Market Insight: Understanding of business environments and job market trends.
  • Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building external and internal relationships.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to lead campaigns for community relations and branding.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with strong written and oral skills; content creation experience is a plus.
  • Job Mobility: Flexible to travel and work in a hybrid setup at Bad Honnef or other locations.
