The client actively engages in the creation and procurement of fresh renewable energy initiatives, boasting an impressive pipeline of projects currently in development.

Its primary operations involve the ownership and administration of an extensive collection of solar and wind power facilities across several European countries including Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain and Finland. • Furthermore, you will independently manage the tendering, negotiation, and commissioning of EPC service contracts and component purchase contracts. You will also develop and implement technical project optimisations, ensuring cost-effective and timely measures are applied.
  • Additionally, you will be accountable for the selection, commissioning, control, and evaluation of expert reports.

Qualifications

  • You hold a university or technical college degree in electrical/environmental engineering, engineering, or industrial engineering. Ideally, you have prior professional experience in technical management within the solar industry or operations and maintenance (O&M) sector.
  • Experience in contract negotiations would be advantageous.
  • In addition, you possess advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • You have strong analytical abilities and can comprehend complex relationships.
  • You exhibit a high level of initiative, commitment, decisive decision-making skills, and cooperative behavior. Moreover, you are open to occasional travel for inspections, commissioning, and project acceptance.
