Your Mission

Develop and execute our corporate communications strategy, both externally and internally. You will craft clear messages, manage press, media relations, social media channels, internal communications, and investor relations topics. This role combines strategic planning with operational execution across multiple channels.

Regular presence in Jena is essential to maintain local press relations, shape internal information flows, and expand regional networks.

Responsibilities

• External Communications:
• Develop and implement corporate and international media relations strategies
• Manage press releases, interviews, media contacts, and story planning
• Position corporate and product issues through thought leadership and storytelling

• Social Media:
• Support and develop our social media strategy
• Create content formats (slides, videos, stories) to enhance brand and employer positioning

• Internal Communications:
• Organize internal events like meetups and lunch & learn sessions
• Create internal newsletters and communication formats
• Support change and leadership communication

• Investor Relations:
• Maintain IR-related website content
• Assist in organizing IR events such as conferences and AGMs

• Interface & Process Management:

Your Profile

• 3-5 years experience in PR or corporate communications, ideally in B2B/software and IR
• Strong writing and communication skills in German and English

• Ability to target different stakeholders effectively
