We are currently hiring an EU Customer Service Representative located at our Germany office!

As the EU Customer Service Representative, you look after our customers in the B2C business, regardless of whether they have ordered via our online store or a marketplace. Your friendly manner makes the customer feel good from the very first contact.

This role will report on-site 2 days a week to our Barsbüttel, Germany office.

  • First point of contact for all customer inquiries in the areas of product advice, order status inquiries, shipping problems, complaints and returns including refunds via Salesforce Service Cloud (excluding technical inquiries)
  • Order management in your areas with our Oracle ERP system
  • Determining and carrying out the steps required to respond to customer enquiries
  • Independent decision on resource commitment within the framework of the service level organization

Education and/or Experience

  • Successfully completed vocational training and initial experience in a comparable position
  • Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Structured, goal-oriented & independent way of working
  • Team player in an international, varied environment
  • Very good knowledge of German & English, other languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian an advantage
