The Strategic Channel Manager - Cybersecurity will develop and execute partner strategies, identify and secure new partnerships, and manage existing ones for our OT cybersecurity solutions. This role will drive channel revenue, shape our go-to-market strategy, and influence our expansion in the DACH region and internationally.

Join us in supporting customers in transitioning to secure digital power grids. Preferred locations are Berlin (Germany), Klaus (Austria), or remote (home office in Europe).

Your mission:
  1. Develop and implement partner strategies and programs.
  2. Create scalable models for channel-led revenue growth (MSSPs, VARs, system integrators).
  3. Set goals and own partner contribution to the pipeline.
  4. Recruit, onboard, train, and enable strategic partners for OT cybersecurity solutions.
  5. Collaborate with marketing for co-marketing initiatives.
  6. Work with sales managers to co-develop and close deals via the channel.
  7. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  8. Implement KPIs to monitor partner performance.
What are we looking for?
  • Technical education or relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
  • Experience in channel/partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in OT/IT cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic skills with excellent technical sales and presentation abilities.
  • Innovative mindset and process improvement skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (up to 40%).
