With its comprehensive scientific and industry expertise, realworld one has developed a systematic approach to implementing VR and AR within sales and marketing, service and support, research and development, as well as manufacturing and production. To expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to person for all marketing-related matters, driving thought leadership, developing sales playbooks, and creating impactful customer stories through case studies and videos.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of community-building events, including onsite VR community days and webinars, to engage with customers and prospects.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to support the platform/product and sales teams with valuable insights, aiding business growth and strategy refinement.
- Foster collaboration between departments and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure effective marketing support.
- Leverage expertise in account-based marketing (ABX) and solution marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience, increasing brand presence and market share.
- Champion the marketing vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market positioning.
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex B2B marketing, with a successful track record in strategy development and execution.
- Strong background in solution marketing and account-based marketing (ABX), capable of crafting tailored campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Experience in VR/AR, Life Sciences, or software industries, demonstrating understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proven experience as a key player in marketing, with leadership capabilities in diverse business environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to provide market insights and support sales with actionable intelligence.
- Experience working with or in US-headquartered companies, with an understanding of high-growth company dynamics considered a plus.
